SERVICE SPEEDS
Our goal with any package is to provide the documents as quickly as possible.  The service speeds have been determined in order to offer the lowest price possible according to your needs.
STANDARD SERVICES
​The fees quoted for the various services we provide are for the standard service unless stated otherwise or unless a different time frame is set forth.  The standard service, which allows us to offer the lowest prices take 7 to 10 working days for the documents to be prepared and filed with the State of New York where required.  Some of our services are offered with different processing times which are stated in that particular section.  Please note that the processing time is required in order to file the documents with the New York State Division of Corporations without paying additional filing or processing fees.
IF YOU NEED YOU DOCUMENTS OR THE FILING PROCESSED SOONER PLEASE SEE BELOW.  THE FEES STATED ARE ADDED TO THE PRICE STATED FOR THE PARTICULAR SERVICES SELECTED.

ADD $40 – 24 WORKING HOUR CONFIRMATION
The corporation is filed or the service is confirmed with an email within 24 working hours.  With corporate filings, we send an email confirming the filing of the corporation with the Division of Corporation and provide the date of incorporation and confirmation that you can start operations using the name selected as the company legally exists upon confirmation.  The electronic corporate books are then ready for delivery in 7 to 10 working days.
ADD $100 – SAME DAY CONFIRMATION
​The company is filed the day you place the order so long as the order is placed and paid for before 1:00 pm.  We will confirm the filing the same day with an email and confirm the incorporation date and that the corporation is legally in existence so that you can start your work immediately through the corporation.  The corporate books are ready for delivery in 7 to 10 working days.    
ADD $150 – SAME DAY CONFIRMATION WITH THE CORPORATE BOOK READY THE FOLLOWING DAY
​The corporation is filed the same day if the order is placed by 1:00 pm.  We will confirm the filing the same day with an email confirming the incorporation date and that the corporation is legally in existence so that you can start your work immediately through the corporation.  The corporate books are ready the following business day for delivery. 
​ADD $200 – SAME DAY CONFIRMATION WITH SAME DAY PRINTED CORPORATE DOCUMENTS
​The corporation is filed the same day if the order is placed by 1:00 pm.  We will confirm the filing with an email stating the incorporation date and that the corporation is legally in existence so that you can start your work immediately through the corporation.  The corporate documents are ready after 5:00 pm the same business day.
